4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

6.1 Fairness & RNG Certification

6.2 Technical Failures

6.3 Bet Limits

Where a technical error results in a wager being placed outside the published limits, jdprime22 reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jdprime22 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or creating an account on behalf of another person;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods;
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity documentation during registration or KYC;
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Laundering money or using jdprime22 for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment gaming;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or system glitches;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jdprime22 staff or other players through any communication channel;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jdprime22, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions;
• Losses arising from the actions of third parties, including but not limited to payment processors and game providers;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where caused by your own negligence.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jdprime22's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

jdprime22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jdprime22 account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

jdprime22 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering with jdprime22, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with our licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where legally required. Your data will not be sold to third-party advertisers.

jdprime22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account, and to withhold or forfeit any funds in that account, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected engagement in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• Operating multiple accounts;
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or collusion strategies;
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority or law enforcement body;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, in which case prior notice will be sent to your registered email address.

Where an account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, jdprime22 will notify the member of the suspension by email (to their registered address) and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond, except where disclosure of the investigation would compromise its integrity or is prohibited by law.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting jdprime22 support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. All pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with these Terms.

jdprime22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via a notification on the Platform and/or an email to your registered address. For minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect member rights — notice may be provided by updating the version number and effective date on this page without individual notification.

Your continued use of jdprime22 following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the revision.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jdprime22 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting jdprime22 support and allowing us a reasonable period (no less than thirty days) to address your concern. This requirement does not restrict your right to file a complaint with PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.

jdprime22 is regulated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Members who believe jdprime22 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may lodge a formal complaint with PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR channels.
